Where else would you go in the middle of summer than balmy Arizona? The whole fam headed to Phoenix to hang out with my brother's family for the week. We stayed in a rental house in Scottsdale with a pool and went hiking in the nearby
McDowell mountain range. We saw the sunset through
Hole In the Rock, hit
La Grande Orange Grocery for gelato, and ate at the
OHSO Brewery. The highlight of the trip was the day we spent up in the
Grand Canyon. Incredible. The drive up and back was awesome and we stopped in beautiful
Sedona on the way back. We had a few hours to kill before our flight home and managed to drop into Arizona Cardinals training camp at
University of Phoenix Stadium. It was a great trip!
