Amanda knocked out another 70.3 triathlon at the Redman in Oklahoma City. It was windy, 15 mph headwind she had to deal with all day, but fought through it all to finish in 6:44. We also had a great time hanging with uncle Felix and aunt Nancy and touring OKC over the weekend.
