Amanda and I spent her birthday weekend in Poway with Blake, Karen, and the boys and had dinner at the Rancho Bernardo Inn for Amanda's birthday dinner. Then we headed up to Orange to Stir Foods for the day and I got a fascinating plant tour and saw lentil soup and siracha mayo being produced. Next, we spent a few days in Long Beach and ran the beach and walked the city. I hung out with my old friend, Brent at the Federal Bar downtown and Amanda and I had dinner at James Republic. Good times!
